I, Joe B. Boyles, am a resident
of Brandon MS and have been building custom houses in Rankin, Madison,
Hinds, Simpson, Copiah and Holmes counties since 1988. I
attended Mississippi College and have a BSBA degree.
Building your custom house that you make into a home is a journey that
allows you to see your dreams become reality. Custom building first
requires listening to your wants and then using quality materials, craftsmanship,
and products to fulfill your personal plan of creating a home.
My knowledge of the construction industry has grown and continues to
grow with each custom house because each house is as different as the
dreams of the people that have entrusted me to build their dream house. Quality

I also enjoy speculative building and strive to build my spec houses
with the same quality and characteristics of the custom houses I build. While
I concentrate on the construction and architectural detail of our spec
houses, my wife, Linda Holder Boyles, concentrates on choosing paint
colors, flooring, counter tops, hardware, fixtures, etc.
I can also accommodate any need you may have for a steel building.

Speculative Residential Construction
We have some clients that prefer a home that is pre-built. If you can relate,
consider a Joe B. Boyles Builder, Inc. home. The same quality of construction
found in his custom houses can be found in his spec houses. Joe’s
wife, Linda Holder Boyles, decorates these spec houses based on current home
trends. Prior to completion, it may be possible to have the house embellished
with your choice of fixtures, appliances, counter tops, and/or paint colors. Joe
or Linda will be happy to discuss all options with you.
